CHICAGO — Effective, July 16th, 2010, Luxury Publications, a limited liability company in Illinois, purchased the assets of Luxury Hotel Publications^®, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation controlling the North American and Caribbean Markets. The new entity will continue doing business as (d.b.a.) Luxury Hotel Publications^®, a leading publisher of In-Room Guest Directories for luxury hotels worldwide, from Coral Gables, Florida with a satellite office in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

We plan to expand on these accomplishments.”
